Zipper pull cord: the grip features an elongated round-head profile with a fine texture on the surface, and the braided cord loop shows a spaced pattern. The cord loop can be threaded through the hole of a compatible zipper pull tab; the grip extends the pull area, making it easy to grasp and drive the zipper open and closed.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: The grip can be evaluated with thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with material selection based on hardness, hand feel, and molding requirements; the braided cord can be evaluated in polyester or nylon. The cord body and grip should be confirmed as a set, and specific material grades are subject to project material selection and samples.
Molding Process: The grip can be injection molded, with overmolding or assembly fixation options for the braided cord insert. Confirm the cord loop length, end fixation method, surface texture, and molded appearance according to the design, and check connection strength and zipper hole fit through samples.
Customization Options: The fine-textured surface, cord braid pattern, round-head proportions, as well as overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish can be customized. Cord loop length, cord diameter, and end fastening method can be evaluated on a project basis.
Applications: Outerwear and sportswear zippers, hardshell jackets and outdoor apparel pockets, backpacks and luggage, tool bags, and storage bags. A matching solution should be selected based on the zipper slider hole size, mounting method, and use environment.

For placket and pocket zippers, the elongated fine-textured grip can be coordinated with the style design; cord loop dimensions and pull tab hole are confirmed against the sample.

Backpacks and bags

For zipper positions such as the main compartment, front pocket, and side pocket, the fine-textured surface and installation fit can be adjusted.

Outdoor gear and storage bags

The pull length and connection solution can be adjusted according to the zipper structure of tool bags and storage bags; the usage environment, fixing effect, and opening/closing feel must be confirmed through samples.
