Product Introduction

Zipper pull cord: the grip consists of an end section with a multi-segment raised transition, and the tail connects to a braided cord loop. The loop can be threaded through the hole of a compatible zipper pull tab, and the grip serves to extend the pull area, making it easy to grasp and drive the zipper open and closed.

Material Selection: The grip can be evaluated with thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with material selection based on hardness, hand feel, and molding requirements; the braided cord can be evaluated in polyester or nylon. The cord body and grip should be confirmed as a set, and specific material grades are subject to project material selection and samples.
Molding Process: The grip can be injection molded, with overmolding or assembly fixation options for the braided cord insert. Confirm the cord loop length, end fixation method, surface texture, and molded appearance according to the design, and check connection strength and zipper hole fit through samples.
Customization Options: The shape of the raised segments, the transition fillets and the grip section, as well as the overall size, thickness, material, color and surface finish, can be customized. The cord loop length, cord diameter and end fastening method can be evaluated per project.
Applications: Outerwear and sportswear zippers, hardshell jackets and outdoor apparel pockets, backpacks and luggage, tool bags, and storage bags. A matching solution should be selected based on the zipper slider hole size, mounting method, and use environment.

Used for placket and pocket zippers; the segmented raised grip can be matched to the style design, and the cord loop size and pull tab hole are confirmed against the sample.

Backpacks and bags

Used at zipper positions such as the main compartment, front pocket and side pockets; the shape of the raised segments and the installation fit can be adjusted.

Outdoor gear and storage bags

The pull length and connection solution can be adjusted according to the zipper structure of tool bags and storage bags; the usage environment, fixing effect, and opening/closing feel must be confirmed through samples.
