Product Introduction

Snap button: the upper edge of the button face has a ring-shaped cutout decoration, the face carries a letter pattern, and the back is fitted with a metal snap fastener seat. It must be used together with matching male and female snaps and mounting parts, and opening and closing are achieved by pressing to engage and separate.

Material Selection: Plastic button faces or button bodies can be evaluated in materials such as ABS / POM; metal inserts and matching fasteners are selected according to the assembly structure, and materials and surface treatment are confirmed according to samples.
Molding Process: The button face and plastic structure are molded and assembled with male/female snap parts and mounting components. Installation requires matching molds or tooling; fabric thickness, snap engagement feel, and fastening performance are verified against samples.
Customization Options: Ring-shaped cutouts, letter logos, button face profiles, and matching male/female snap parts can be customized, and overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish can be adjusted; logo graphics are evaluated based on artwork provided by the customer.
Applications: Suitable for jackets and coats, apparel accessories, and bag accessories.
