Product Introduction

Button: the round button body has four square threading holes in the center, a raised core face, and an annular wide rim on the outer edge. The thread is secured through the holes on the button, and it can work with garment buttonholes for opening and closing, or be used for decoration as well.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: The square hole profile and fillets, the raised core height and the outer rim proportion can be customized, and the overall size, thickness, material, color and surface finish can also be adjusted; logo artwork is evaluated according to the drawings provided by the customer.
Applications: Can be paired with casual wear and uniforms, apparel accessories, and bag accessories. The stitching is secured through the button's hole positions, and it can work together with garment buttonholes to enable fastening, or be used for decoration. The installation position, fabric thickness, and method of use must be confirmed during the sampling stage.
