Snap button: The button face has a hexagonal outline and three-dimensional facets, with a metal tubular mounting component on the back. The snap button face is used for assembly with matching snap fasteners and must be confirmed together with the mounting base component; it is not intended to be used alone as a complete opening/closing fastener.

- Material Selection
- Plastic button faces or button bodies can be evaluated in materials such as ABS / POM; metal inserts and matching fasteners are selected according to the assembly structure, and materials and surface treatment are confirmed according to samples.
- Molding Process
- The button face is formed by molding and then assembled with the metal back mounting component; the button base, installation method and tooling must be confirmed with actual samples.
- Customization Options
- The hexagonal shape, facet height, back mounting component and matching snap position can be customized, and the overall dimensions, thickness, material, color and surface effect can be adjusted; logo patterns are evaluated according to artwork provided by the customer.
- Applications
- Can be matched with apparel fastener decorations, apparel accessories and bag accessories. The fastener face is used for mating fastener assembly and must be confirmed together with the mounting base part; it does not serve alone as a complete snap fastener. The installation position, fabric thickness and method of use must be confirmed during the sampling stage.
