Product Introduction

Button: The circular button body has a concave center, two sewing holes, and a segmented cut-edge design on the outer ring. The stitching thread is secured through the hole positions on the button face, allowing it to work with garment buttonholes for fastening and unfastening, and it can also be used for decoration.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: Customizable cut-edge angle, recess depth and two-hole spacing, plus adjustable overall dimensions, thickness, material, color and surface finish; logo artwork is evaluated based on the drawing provided by the customer.
Applications: Compatible with outerwear and knit cardigans, apparel trims and bag hardware. The stitching is secured through the button's hole positions, and it can work with garment buttonholes for fastening, or be used for decoration. The mounting position, fabric thickness and method of use must be confirmed at the sampling stage.
