- Material Selection

- Molding Process
- The lock body and moving part are injection molded separately, and the spring is assembled according to the fit structure. The mold solution is evaluated around the round outer frame, the upper and lower ends, and the side openings; during sampling, check the moving stroke, opening alignment, return, and the adjustment performance with the actual cord.
- Customization Options
- The circular outer frame, upper and lower ends, and side openings, as well as overall dimensions, opening clearance, surface finish, color, and LOGO artwork are customizable. Used for organizing hem or bag-mouth drawcords; the hole diameter, cord cross-section and re-threading method are confirmed with the matching sample.
Cord routing for luggage and storage bags
Installation can be evaluated according to the bag's cord routing and closure method. The adjustment feel and retention effect must be verified in combination with actual usage conditions.
