Product Introduction

Zipper cords (zipper pull cords, zipper cord pull tabs) are used for extended pulling of zippers. This model combines a curved handle with a braided cord; the two ends of the cord body connect to the two sides of the handle respectively, forming a relatively large loop opening, and the handle presents a curved profile. The installation path, the loop opening size, and the fit with the pull-tab hole must be evaluated in conjunction with the actual zipper structure.

Material Selection: For the grip, thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE can be evaluated, with the material selected according to hardness, hand feel and molding requirements; for the braided cord, polyester or nylon can be evaluated. The specific material grade, cord specifications and cord-to-grip connection solution must be confirmed in combination with the project and samples.
Molding Process: The curved handle can be made by injection molding, and the two ends of the cord body can be evaluated for insert overmolding or other assembly fixing solutions. During sampling, focus on checking the curved appearance, the fixing of the cord ends on both sides, the loop opening consistency, and the actual zipper installation fit; the connection method is confirmed according to the design.
Customization Options: Braided cord length and cord diameter, loop opening size, curved handle span and curved profile, connection points on both sides, hardness, color and surface texture; the cord-to-handle ratio and the installation path can be adjusted according to the pull-tab structure.
Applications: Zipper pull areas on backpacks, outdoor gear bags, sportswear and storage pouches. First confirm whether the larger loop opening and grip suit the mounting method of the target zipper, then determine the curved profile and cord loop length according to gripping requirements.

For zippers on backpacks and outdoor gear bags; both sides connect to the grip to form a loop-shaped pull structure, and the installation path must be evaluated as a matched set.

Storage bags and outdoor gear

For tool and accessory storage pouches; the cord length, loop opening and grip span can be adjusted to suit the slider tab hole structure.
