Product Introduction

Zipper pull cords (zipper pull strings, zipper cord pull tabs) are used for extended pulling of zippers on apparel and bags. This model is a braided cord loop paired with an elongated grip; the two ends of the grip have raised edges and the middle carries a three-dimensional letter logo, forming a pull shape with contoured layering. The fit between the cord loop, the grip and the zipper slider pull hole must be confirmed per project.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: For the grip, thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE can be evaluated, with the material selected according to hardness, hand feel and molding requirements; for the braided cord, polyester or nylon can be evaluated. The specific material grade, cord specifications and cord-to-grip connection solution must be confirmed in combination with the project and samples.
Molding Process: The grip can be produced by injection molding; the raised edges at both ends and the three-dimensional logo can be designed into the mold structure according to the artwork, and the cord connection can be evaluated as insert overmolding or assembly fixing. Prototyping checks the appearance of the raised edges, logo formation, surface hand feel and cord-end fixing performance.
Customization Options: Cord length, cord diameter, handle length and cross-sectional profile, dimensions of the raised edges at both ends, content and position of the central 3D logo, hardness/softness, color, and connection method; the logo and surface finish can be evaluated according to customer artwork.
Applications: Zipper areas on casual apparel and sport jackets, backpacks and travel bags, and everyday storage bags. Suitable for handle designs requiring 3D logos and contour decoration; zipper pull hole compatibility, pull clearance, and cord loop installation solution need to be confirmed.
