Product Introduction
The ladder buckle (webbing adjuster buckle, tri-glide buckle) adjusts strap length and manages the strap tail by threading the webbing around the center crossbar. This version features a rounded rectangular buckle body with two webbing slots; the center crossbar has a fine texture and can be used with webbing of suitable width and thickness.
DAWEI provides plastic buckle injection molding and mold development services, and supports evaluation of webbing threading structures based on samples or drawings. Slot dimensions, crossbar thickness, webbing contact surfaces, and color can be designed to requirements; the feel of strap length adjustment and slip behavior under load are subject to testing with actual webbing and samples.

- Material Selection
- POM / PA and other thermoplastic materials can be evaluated; material selection is based on crossbar rigidity, appearance and service environment. Specific material grades and webbing contact performance are to be confirmed with matched samples.
- Molding Process
- The buckle body, webbing slots and central crossbar are injection molded, and the crossbar texture and fillets can be designed into the mold. Inspect slot edges, molded appearance and webbing passage on a per-project basis.
- Customization Options
- Webbing slot width and height, crossbar thickness and texture, buckle body profile, fillets, color and LOGO; the slot clearance and assembly solution can be evaluated according to webbing width, thickness and number of rethreaded layers.
- Applications
- Length adjustment and strap end management for backpack shoulder straps and sternum straps, messenger and shoulder bag straps, luggage and storage straps. The matching structure must be selected according to webbing threading direction, webbing surface and actual load.
