Ladder buckle

Product Introduction

The ladder lock (ladder buckle, ladder adjuster) is used for webbing threading and length adjustment. This model features multiple webbing slots and crossbars, a textured contact surface and a rounded tail piece at the bottom. It can be tightened or loosened according to the webbing threading method, and the tail piece is easy to grip with fingers and adjust the angle of the buckle body.

DAWEI supports plastic buckle injection molding and mold development, and the structure can be evaluated based on drawings, samples, and matching webbing. Openings, crossbar shape, and tail piece dimensions are confirmed per project; adjustment feel, webbing slippage, and buckle body load-bearing performance are subject to verification with matching samples.

Ladder lock with multiple webbing slots, crossbar texture, and a rounded tail piece, used for adjusting bag webbing length; supports customization of compatible webbing width, openings, tail piece shape, color, and logo.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection
Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on buckle body rigidity, crossbar load-bearing, and the installation environment. Material grade, color, and usage conditions must be confirmed in combination with the structure and samples.
Molding Process
The buckle body, webbing slots, crossbar, and tail piece are injection molded, and contact surface texture and external fillets can be set through the mold. After sampling, check the webbing path, tightening feel, and loosening operation.
Customization Options
Compatible webbing width and thickness, webbing slot clearance, crossbar shape and texture, tail piece length and curved surface, buckle body thickness, color, and LOGO; the structure can be evaluated according to the threading method of the fixed end and the adjustable end.
Applications
Length adjustment for backpack shoulder straps, bag compression straps and storage pouch securing straps. The buckle should be matched with the webbing, the sewn fixed end and the operating direction, and the actual holding performance must be confirmed after assembly.

Uses and Applications

Backpack shoulder strap adjustment

Used for adjusting the shoulder strap length; the angle of the tail piece and the buckle body can be evaluated according to operating feel and installation position.

Bag compression strap

Used for compression straps on the side or outside of bags; the contact structure between the crossbar and the webbing must be verified against the actual webbing.

Storage bag securing strap

For length adjustment of the securing strap, the webbing slots, fixed end, and strap tail routing can be configured to match the bag structure.
