- Material Selection
- Flexible labels can be evaluated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with the material selected according to hand feel, bending requirements and molding results. Specific material grades, hardness and fabric compatibility are confirmed per project and sample.
- Molding Process
- The plastic label body is molded with tooling, so text, graphics and borders can be designed with raised or engraved effects; multi-color and surface marking methods need to be evaluated together with the structure. Sewing, lamination or other fixing methods should be confirmed together with the label structure, backing and matching fabric.
- Customization Options
- Label shape, size, thickness, radii and borders, text and graphics, embossed height, engraved texture, color and colorway; sewing edges, mounting hole positions or laminated backing designs can be evaluated, and marking clarity confirmed against the artwork.
