Product Introduction

The hook-and-loop cuff adjustment piece (hook-face fastener pull tab) bonds with the matching loop face through the hook teeth on its back to achieve opening/closing and tightness adjustment. This model is an elongated adjustment pull tab with an opening for easy pulling, a marking area on the front, and arranged hook teeth on the back, suitable for apparel cuffs and other areas that require adjustment.

DAWEI can evaluate the plastic pull tab and hook-face structure based on drawings or samples. The product must be used together with a suitable loop face; dimensions, hook tooth shape, bonding area, and connection method are confirmed per project, and peel strength, shear holding force, and repeated open-close performance are subject to testing of the matched sample.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: For the injection-molded hook face, thermoplastic materials such as PA / PP can be evaluated according to the structure; for the pull tab body, the corresponding plastic or TPU / TPE can be evaluated according to bending and tactile requirements. The loop face material and hardness should be confirmed in conjunction with the hook face, and the specific material selection is subject to the design and sample.
Molding Process: Evaluate the injection molding plan based on hook tooth shape, base thickness, and demolding conditions. The pull tab body and hook surface can be integrally molded or assembled, as selected based on the structural design. The front side can be evaluated for mold marking or printing; sewing, bonding, and other attachment methods to the garment should be confirmed according to the fabric and sample.
Customization Options: Pull tab length, width, thickness, pull opening, end shape, hook tooth shape and arrangement, hook surface coverage area, color, and LOGO; the engagement feel, opening and closing force, and fixing position can be evaluated with the matching loop surface.
Applications: Cuffs of hardshell jackets and outdoor jackets, adjustment areas on sportswear, and adjustment areas on bags and webbing. The hook surface should be used in combination with the matching loop surface; the garment installation position and force direction need to be verified according to the specific application.

Bags and webbing matching

Can be evaluated for fastening adjustment on bags and webbing, and must be designed in coordination with the loop surface, fixed end, and actual load direction.
