Product Introduction

Zipper cord: the grip has an elongated waisted profile, with decorative areas on both faces and a visible graphic logo on one face, and a braided cord loop connected at the tail. The cord loop can be threaded through the hole of a matching zipper pull tab; the grip extends the pull area, making it easy to grasp and to drive the zipper open and closed.

Material Selection: The grip can be evaluated with thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with material selection based on hardness, hand feel, and molding requirements; the braided cord can be evaluated in polyester or nylon. The cord body and grip should be confirmed as a set, and specific material grades are subject to project material selection and samples.
Molding Process: The grip can be injection molded, with overmolding or assembly fixation options for the braided cord insert. Confirm the cord loop length, end fixation method, surface texture, and molded appearance according to the design, and check connection strength and zipper hole fit through samples.
Customization Options: Double-sided decorative areas, the waisted profile, and the logo graphic are customizable, as are the overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish. The cord loop length, cord diameter, and end-fixing method can be evaluated per project.

Used for placket and pocket zippers; the double-sided decorative grip can be matched to the style design, and the cord loop dimensions and pull-tab hole are confirmed against the sample.

Used at zipper positions such as the main compartment, front pocket and side pockets; the double-sided decorative area and the installation fit can be adjusted.

Outdoor gear and storage bags

The pull length and connection solution can be adjusted according to the zipper structure of tool bags and storage bags; the usage environment, fixing effect, and opening/closing feel must be confirmed through samples.
