- Material Selection
- The grip can be evaluated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with material selection based on hardness, hand feel and molding requirements; the braided cord can be evaluated in polyester or nylon. The cord body and the grip should be confirmed as a matched set, and the specific material grades are subject to project material selection and samples. The material, surface finish and fastening solution of the metal end tip must be confirmed separately as a matched set.
- Molding Process
- The grip can be injection molded, combined with overmolding of the braided cord insert or an assembly fastening solution. Confirm the cord loop length, end fastening method, surface texture and molded appearance per the design, and check the connection strength and the fit of the zipper hole through samples. The assembly of the exposed metal end tip with the sleeve grip, the cord fastening and the zipper slider connection solution are evaluated according to the structure.
- Customization Options
- The cylindrical grip, metal end tip, and connection position can be customized, as well as the overall size, thickness, material, color, and surface finish. The cord loop length, cord diameter, and end fixing method can be evaluated according to the project.

- Outerwear and sportswear zippers, hardshell jackets and outdoor apparel pockets, backpacks and luggage, tool bags, and storage bags. A matching solution should be selected based on the zipper slider hole size, mounting method, and use environment.

Used for placket and pocket zippers; the metal end tip and cylindrical grip can be matched to the style design, and the cord loop size and pull tab hole are confirmed by sample.

Used for zipper positions such as the main compartment, front pocket, and side pocket; the cylindrical grip and installation fit can be adjusted.
Outdoor gear and storage bags
The pull length and connection solution can be adjusted according to the zipper structure of tool bags and storage bags; the usage environment, fixing effect, and opening/closing feel must be confirmed through samples.
