Product Introduction

Zipper cords (zipper pull cords, zipper cord pulls) are used to extend the pull area of the zipper slider. This model consists of a braided cord loop and a flat rounded grip; the front of the grip features letters and a checkerboard pattern, and it can serve as a pull accessory and decorative element for apparel and luggage zippers. The cord loop installation method must be confirmed to match the zipper pull tab hole dimensions.

Material Selection: For the grip, thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE can be evaluated, with the material selected according to hardness, hand feel and molding requirements; for the braided cord, polyester or nylon can be evaluated. The specific material grade, cord specifications and cord-to-grip connection solution must be confirmed in combination with the project and samples.
Molding Process: The grip can be injection molded, combined with overmolding of the cord insert or assembly fixing solutions. Patterns and lettering can be evaluated for mold forming, printing, or other decoration processes; confirm position, lines, and edge effects according to the artwork, and check the cord end fixing and pull-tab hole fit during sampling.
Customization Options: Cord loop length, cord diameter, braiding pattern, grip width and thickness, rounded corner profile, hardness, color, lettering, and checkerboard patterns; the logo area and decoration layout can be adjusted according to customer design. Specific processes and installation solutions are confirmed based on samples.
