Material Selection: For the one-piece pull ring, materials such as TPU / TPE can be evaluated based on flex feel, ring body structure, and molding requirements. The ring body hardness, material grade, and connection fit are confirmed on a project and sample basis.
Molding Process: The ring body, hollowed-out opening, and widened end can be molded in combination with the mold design. The cross-section, fillet transition, and end connection structure of the slender ring body need to be confirmed. The molded appearance and installation fit with the zipper slider are verified against samples.
Customization Options: The pull ring opening, ring body cross-section, and widened end area, as well as the overall size, thickness, material, color, and surface finish, can be customized. The opening and end connection structure of the pull ring can be evaluated on a project basis.
Applications: The zipper pull area for matching apparel, bags, and storage bags can be evaluated. The pull ring opening, installation path, and zipper slider structure must first be confirmed; the feel of use and connection performance are subject to the sample.
