Product Introduction

Side release buckle: the buckle body is a rounded rectangle, with strap threading sections at both ends, a visible protrusion area on the back, and a textured crossbar at one end; after separation, the mating part of the buckle is visible. The two buckle halves can form a webbing connecting section; the specific buckling and release operations and the mating method are to be confirmed against the actual sample.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be assessed according to buckle body rigidity, mating structure and operating feel. The specific material grade, surface finish and color can be customized per project; the actual material selection is confirmed against the sample and matching requirements.
Molding Process: The two buckle halves are injection molded separately, then paired for assembly and an opening/closing check; the rectangular profile, back bosses, and mating structure can be incorporated into the mold design. The fit of the engaging area and the actual release method must be confirmed during sampling.
Customization Options: The rectangular profile, back bosses, and mating structure are customizable, along with the buckle body dimensions, thickness, material, color, and LOGO artwork. The compatible webbing width, thickness, number of rethreading layers, and installation position can be evaluated per project. The male/female fit and the opening/closing feel must be confirmed with samples.
Applications: It can be used for webbing connection and fastening at such positions as backpack connection straps, travel bags and storage bags, and outdoor bag accessories; the installation solution should be confirmed based on the webbing routing, the fixed end and the operating conditions.
