- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on the rigidity of the crossbar or loop body, the molded appearance, and the operating environment. Specific material grades, surface finishes, and colors can be customized per project, and the actual material selection is confirmed against samples and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The outer frame, webbing slots, crossbars, and lower pull tab can be formed by injection molding, with the mold designed to produce the chamfered outer frame, long-tail proportions, and face logo. During sampling, check the edges of the openings, the webbing passage, and the adjustment performance after back-threading.
- Customization Options
- The chamfered outer frame, long-tail proportions, and face logo can be customized, along with the buckle body size, thickness, material, color, and LOGO artwork. The webbing width, thickness, number of back-threading layers, and mounting position it fits can be evaluated on a project basis.
