Product Introduction

Hook-and-loop fastener: The pull tab body has an elongated round-head profile, a flat front, hook teeth arranged on the back, and a straight mounting area at the fixed end. The hook side must be mated with a matching loop side; press to attach and peel to open and close. The attachment position can be adjusted according to the tightness requirements of areas such as cuffs.

Material Selection: For the injection-molded hook face, thermoplastic materials such as PA / PP can be evaluated according to the structure; for the pull tab body, the corresponding plastic or TPU / TPE can be evaluated according to bending and tactile requirements. The loop face material and hardness should be confirmed in conjunction with the hook face, and the specific material selection is subject to the design and sample.
Molding Process: Evaluate the injection molding plan based on the hook tooth shape, base thickness and demolding conditions; the puller body and hook face can be designed as a one-piece molded part or as an assembly according to the structural design. The front side can be evaluated for mold marking or printing; installation methods such as sewing and bonding to garments are confirmed according to the fabric and samples. This style can be evaluated for mold and assembly plans around the round-head profile, the hook tooth arrangement and the fixed-end area.

The round-head puller works with the cuff loop surface to adjust the circumference; the flat end can be evaluated for a fastening solution according to the fabric, and the puller length and bonding area are confirmed according to the pattern.

Sportswear adjustment

Used at positions on sportswear that require opening and closing and tightness adjustment; the combination of hook teeth and matching loop surface, the bending feel, and the open/close performance are verified against samples.

Bags and webbing matching

Matching bags and webbing adjustment can be evaluated; the fixed end, loop side position and load direction need to be designed together, and the specific application is subject to the matching sample.
