D-ring: The ring body uses a D-shaped profile with outer-edge texture; a crossbar is added on the inner side of the straight edge, forming an independent elongated webbing slot. The independent webbing slot can be paired with a folded-back webbing structure, and the larger D-shaped opening can be paired with a suitably sized hook or connector.

- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on the rigidity of the crossbar or loop body, the molded appearance, and the operating environment. Specific material grades, surface finishes, and colors can be customized per project, and the actual material selection is confirmed against samples and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The closed ring body and additional crossbar can be formed by injection molding; evaluate the mold structure around the additional crossbar, elongated webbing slot, and outer-edge texture. During sampling, check the opening, edge transitions, webbing threading, and hook assembly.
- Customization Options
- Additional crossbars, elongated webbing slots and outer-edge texture can be customized, as well as the buckle body's dimensions, thickness, material, color and LOGO artwork. The compatible webbing width, thickness, number of re-threading layers and installation position can be evaluated per project. Apertures and connection fits must be confirmed in combination with the actual webbing and other mating components.
- Applications
- It can be used for connection and hanging at luggage webbing connections, shoulder strap hook matching, bag accessory attachment, etc. The installation solution should be confirmed based on webbing routing, fixed end, and usage conditions.
