Product Introduction

Cord lock: the lock body has a cylindrical shape; the press head and end face feature a fine texture, and the spring is visible inside the side cord opening. Press the movable press head or press lever, align the matching cord passage, and then adjust the cord length; after release, the position is held by the return fit. The cord routing and adjustment performance must be confirmed with the actual cord.

Material Selection: PA / POM / PP / TPU; material selection can be evaluated based on structural and application requirements.
Molding Process: The lock body and the movable part are injection molded separately, and the spring is assembled according to the mating structure. The mold solution is evaluated around the end-face texture, press-head edge and side opening; during prototyping, check the travel of the movable part, opening alignment, return action and the adjustment performance with the actual cord.
Customization Options: The end-face texture, press-head edge and side opening, as well as overall dimensions, opening clearance, surface finish, color and LOGO artwork, are customizable. Cord diameter, cord shape, travel of the movable part and the installation fit of the connecting groove can be evaluated per project; the specific mating structure is confirmed by drawings and samples.
Applications: Can be evaluated for matching jacket hood cords, hem drawcords, and cord routing for bags and storage pouches, used for organizing and adjusting drawcord length. The cord opening, connecting parts and operating space must match the point of use.

Uses and Applications

Jacket hood cord matching

The cylindrical press lock and the fine end-face texture can be evaluated in relation to the mounting position of the hood cord; the press-head direction and the opening must suit the actual cord.

Hem and bag-mouth drawcords

Used for organizing hem or bag-mouth drawcords; the hole diameter, cord cross-section and re-threading method are confirmed with the matching sample.

Cord routing for luggage and storage bags

Installation can be evaluated according to the bag's cord routing and closure method. The adjustment feel and retention effect must be verified in combination with actual usage conditions.
