Button: The round button face features a deep concave center and a wide outer rim, with four round sewing holes clustered in the center. The thread is secured through the button holes, allowing it to work with garment buttonholes for opening and closing, and it can also be used for decoration.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: Concave depth, wide-edge profile, and four-hole spacing can be customized, and overall size, thickness, material, color, and surface finish can be adjusted; logo patterns are evaluated according to customer-provided artwork.
