- Material Selection
- Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
- Molding Process
- The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
