This model combines a braided cord loop with a wide-face rounded grip; the grip has an elongated rounded profile, with a lettering area on the front face, making it easy to match the pull function with the product's exterior design. The fit between the cord loop and the zipper pull tab hole must be confirmed according to actual dimensions.

- Material Selection
- For the grip, thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE can be evaluated, with the material selected according to hardness, hand feel and molding requirements; for the braided cord, polyester or nylon can be evaluated. The specific material grade, cord specifications and cord-to-grip connection solution must be confirmed in combination with the project and samples.
- Molding Process
- The grip can be injection molded; the lettering can be evaluated against the artwork for mold embossing or other marking processes, and the cord end can be matched with an insert overmolding or assembly fastening solution. Sampling confirms the grip thickness, rounded corners, marking edges and the connection effect with the cord body.
