- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on the rigidity of the crossbar or loop body, the molded appearance, and the operating environment. Specific material grades, surface finishes, and colors can be customized per project, and the actual material selection is confirmed against samples and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The closed ring body and webbing threading edge can be formed by injection molding. The mold structure is evaluated around the straight webbing threading edge, arc profile, and ring body cross-section. During sampling, check the hole openings, edge transitions, webbing threading, and hook assembly.
- Customization Options
- The straight webbing threading edge, arc profile, and ring body cross-section can be customized, as well as the buckle body size, thickness, material, color, and LOGO artwork. The applicable webbing width, thickness, number of folded-back layers, and installation position can be evaluated according to the project.
