Product Introduction

Button: The circular button body has four triangular threading holes arranged symmetrically in the center, with a raised rim around them. The sewing thread is secured through the holes on the button, and it can work with garment buttonholes to fasten and unfasten, and can also be used for decoration.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: Customizable triangular hole shape, hole edge fillet, arrangement angle and ring edge height; overall dimensions, thickness, material, color and surface effect can also be adjusted; logo artwork is evaluated based on customer-provided drawings.
Applications: Can be used with casual wear and outerwear, apparel accessories and bag hardware. The stitching is secured through the button hole positions, can work with garment buttonholes for fastening, and can also be used for decoration. Installation position, fabric thickness and usage method must be confirmed during the sampling stage.
