Product Introduction

Buttons: The four sewing holes in the center of the round button body are divided into two groups, with a horizontal groove between the holes in each group and a wide-rim design around the outer edge. The stitching is secured through the holes on the button face; the button can be opened and closed in coordination with garment buttonholes and can also be used for decoration.

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: Paired hole positions, connecting thread grooves, and wide-edge proportions can be customized, and overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish can be adjusted; logo patterns are evaluated according to artwork provided by the customer.
Applications: Can be matched with shirts and uniforms, apparel accessories, and bag accessories. The stitching is fixed through the button's hole positions, can work with garment buttonholes for opening and closing, and can also be used for decoration. Installation position, fabric thickness, and usage method need to be confirmed during the sampling stage.
