Product Introduction

The D-ring (D-loop, D-shaped connection ring) is used to connect bag webbing and accessories. This model is a closed ring body with a straight edge and an arc edge; the webbing can be folded back around the straight edge for fixing, and the arc portion can be matched with a hook or connector of suitable size, making it easy to set connection points on bags.

DAWEI provides plastic ring injection molding and mold development services, and supports evaluation of the inner hole, ring body cross-section and outer shape based on drawings or samples. Webbing width, hook opening and installation method must be confirmed together; actual connection strength and performance are subject to testing of the matched sample parts.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on ring body rigidity, appearance and service environment. The specific material grade and ring body cross-section should be confirmed in combination with the installation and loading conditions.
Molding Process: The closed loop body is injection molded, and straight edges, arc edges, and transition fillets can be designed according to the structure. Check the molding condition of the inner hole and surface edges, and perform assembly verification with webbing and hooks.
Customization Options: Inner hole width and height, straight edge length, arc profile, loop body cross-section and thickness, transition fillets, color, and markings; dimensions can be evaluated according to webbing width, hook opening, and connection position.
Applications: Webbing connection points for backpacks and shoulder bags, hook matching for shoulder straps, and hanging of everyday bag accessories. The fold-back and stitching structure for securing the webbing must be confirmed together with the loop body and connectors.

Backpack and shoulder bag connection points

The webbing is folded back around the straight edge for fixation, providing a connection point for the bag, and the position of the loop body can be arranged according to the bag structure.

Strap and hook pairing

The arc section pairs with a hook of suitable opening; the match between the hook, the inner hole and the ring body cross-section must be confirmed.

Bag accessory attachment

Used for connecting daily bag accessories; the sewing method at the fixed end and the connection result are to be verified according to the actual assembly.
