- The body and the movable part are injection molded separately, and the spring is assembled according to the mating structure. The mold solution is evaluated around the side connecting loop, ribbed press head, and cylindrical edge; during prototyping, check the travel of the movable part, hole alignment, return, and the adjustment performance with the actual cord.

Used for organizing hem or bag-mouth drawcords; the hole diameter, cord cross-section and re-threading method are confirmed with the matching sample.
Cord routing for luggage and storage bags
The connecting loop or the long slot can be evaluated according to the bag fixing solution. The adjustment feel and holding performance need to be verified under actual use conditions.
