- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on the rigidity of the crossbar or loop body, the molded appearance, and the operating environment. Specific material grades, surface finishes, and colors can be customized per project, and the actual material selection is confirmed against samples and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The outer frame, webbing slots, crossbars and lower pull tab can be formed by injection molding, with the mold designed for the wide-face square frame, ribbed crossbars and curved pull tab. During sampling, check the hole edges, webbing passage and the adjustment performance after re-threading.
- Customization Options
- The wide-face square frame, ribbed crossbars and curved pull tab can be customized, along with the buckle body dimensions, thickness, material, color and LOGO artwork. The suitable webbing width, thickness, number of re-threaded layers and mounting position can be evaluated per project. The hole clearance and connection fit must be confirmed together with the actual webbing and other matching components.
