Ladder lock buckle: the buckle body uses a rounded outer frame and is provided with two elongated webbing slots, with the middle bar curved and a logo area on the face of the outer frame. The webbing passes around the middle bar and threads back through, used to adjust strap length and manage the strap tail; the slots should match the webbing width, thickness and number of webbing layers passed through.

- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be evaluated based on the rigidity of the crossbar or loop body, the molded appearance, and the operating environment. Specific material grades, surface finishes, and colors can be customized per project, and the actual material selection is confirmed against samples and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The outer frame, webbing slots and middle bar can be formed by injection molding, with the mold designed around the curved middle bar, double webbing slots and logo area. During sampling, check the slot edges, webbing passage and adjustment performance after threading back.
- Customization Options
- The curved middle bar, double webbing slots and logo area can be customized, as well as the buckle body size, thickness, material, color and LOGO artwork. The matching webbing width, thickness, number of threading-back layers and mounting position can be evaluated per project. Slot dimensions and connection fit must be confirmed with actual webbing and other mating parts.
