Side-release buckle: the middle of the buckle body is waisted; the male buckle has two side legs and a central guide, and one end features multiple crossbars and a surface texture. The male and female buckles work together for webbing connection and opening/closing, and pressing the two side legs separates the buckle.

- Material Selection
- Thermoplastic materials such as POM / PA can be assessed according to buckle body rigidity, mating structure and operating feel. The specific material grade, surface finish and color can be customized per project; the actual material selection is confirmed against the sample and matching requirements.
- Molding Process
- The two buckle halves are injection molded separately, then assembled as a pair and checked for opening and closing; the mold can be designed with a waisted contour, side legs, guide section and adjustment crossbar. The springback of the side legs, the guiding, and the locking engagement must be evaluated together.
- Customization Options
- The waisted contour, side legs, guide section and adjustment crossbar, as well as the buckle body dimensions, thickness, material, color and LOGO artwork, can be customized. The compatible webbing width, thickness, number of rethreading layers and installation position can be evaluated on a project basis. The fit between the male and female parts and the open/close feel need to be confirmed with samples.
- Applications
- It can be used for webbing connection and fastening at such positions as backpack connection straps, travel bags and storage bags, and outdoor bag accessories; the installation solution should be confirmed based on the webbing routing, the fixed end and the operating conditions.
