- Material Selection
- Flexible labels can be evaluated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with the material selected according to hand feel, bending requirements and molding results. Specific material grades, hardness and fabric compatibility are confirmed per project and sample.
- Molding Process
- Mold design can be combined to form three-dimensional text on the long bottom surface. Text and texture use embossing, engraving, or matching logo solutions. Colors can be customized according to artwork. Sewing edges, mounting holes, or the bonding bottom surface need to be designed according to fabric and fastening method. The back structure and fastening method are confirmed based on samples.
- Customization Options
- Customizable strip proportions, base texture, and 3D lettering, as well as overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish. Text artwork, logo hierarchy, and mounting structure can be evaluated on a project basis.
- Applications
- Sportswear and casual jackets, backpacks and bags, headwear and accessories. Decoration positions can be arranged according to brand visual requirements; lamination or sewing solutions need to be verified together with the fabric, usage environment and washing and care requirements.
