It is used for the presentation of markings and exterior decoration on apparel and accessories; text and patterns can be customized according to customer artwork, and the installation method must be confirmed based on the label structure and fabric.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Flexible labels can be evaluated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with the material selected according to hand feel, bending requirements and molding results. Specific material grades, hardness and fabric compatibility are confirmed per project and sample.
Molding Process: It can be molded into a square diagonal-striped border marking in combination with the mold design; text and texture can use embossing, engraving, or matching marking solutions, and colors can be customized according to artwork. The sewing edge, mounting hole positions, or bonding base must be designed according to the fabric and fastening method; the back structure and fastening method are confirmed based on samples.
Customization Options: Customizable square profile, twill border, and large/small text hierarchy, as well as overall dimensions, thickness, material, color, and surface finish. Text artwork, logo hierarchy, and mounting structure can be evaluated on a project basis.
Applications: Sportswear and casual jackets, backpacks and bags, headwear and accessories. Decoration positions can be arranged according to brand visual requirements; lamination or sewing solutions need to be verified together with the fabric, usage environment and washing and care requirements.

Sportswear and casual jackets

For logo decoration at positions such as the chest, sleeves, or hem, the square twill border logo can be adjusted according to the garment's visual appearance and fabric hand.

Backpacks and bags

Used for identification decoration on bag front pockets, side pockets, and other positions; tag dimensions, text layout, and mounting base can be designed on a project basis.

Headwear and Apparel Accessories

Can be designed with text, graphics, and outer profile for headwear and apparel accessories; the curved fitting effect and fixing method are subject to the sample.
