Apparel badge: the badge is a horizontal rectangle with a thin border around the outside and multiple lines of three-dimensional text on the front. It is used for identification and decorative appearance of apparel and accessories; the text and patterns can be customized according to customer artwork, and the mounting method must be confirmed together with the badge structure and fabric.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Flexible labels can be evaluated in thermoplastic elastomers such as TPU / TPE, with the material selected according to hand feel, bending requirements and molding results. Specific material grades, hardness and fabric compatibility are confirmed per project and sample.
Molding Process: The rectangular border three-dimensional emblem can be designed and molded together with the mold; the text and texture use embossing, engraving or a matching emblem solution, and colors can be customized according to artwork. The sewing edge, mounting hole positions or bonding base must be designed according to the fabric and fastening method, and the back structure and fastening method are confirmed with samples.
Customization Options: Rectangular dimensions, border layering and multi-line text layout can be customized, as well as overall size, thickness, material, color and surface effect. Text artwork, emblem layering and mounting structure can be evaluated per project.
Applications: Sportswear and casual jackets, backpacks and bags, headwear and accessories. Decoration positions can be arranged according to brand visual requirements; lamination or sewing solutions need to be verified together with the fabric, usage environment and washing and care requirements.

Sportswear and casual jackets

For decorative branding at positions such as the chest, sleeves or hem, the rectangular-frame three-dimensional logo can be adjusted to suit the garment's visual look and fabric hand feel.

Backpacks and bags

Used for identification decoration on bag front pockets, side pockets, and other positions; tag dimensions, text layout, and mounting base can be designed on a project basis.

Headwear and Apparel Accessories

Can be designed with text, graphics, and outer profile for headwear and apparel accessories; the curved fitting effect and fixing method are subject to the sample.
