Product Introduction

Button: The round button body has two parallel elongated threading holes in the center, and the button face is recessed with a wide outer rim. The thread is secured through the holes of the button, allowing it to open and close in conjunction with a garment buttonhole, and it can also be used for decoration.

Product Specifications and Customization

Material Selection: Plastic button bodies can be evaluated for materials such as ABS / POM / PP according to structural and molding requirements; the specific material grade, fabric and wash-and-care compatibility are confirmed per project.
Molding Process: The button body and threading holes are formed by the mold; the pattern and contour of the button face can be evaluated in conjunction with the mold design; during sewing, the matching of hole edges, thread, and buttonholes must be confirmed. Surface treatment is selected according to material and style requirements.
Customization Options: The length and width of the elongated holes, the hole spacing and the recess depth of the button face are customizable, and the overall size, thickness, material, color and surface finish can also be adjusted; logo patterns are evaluated according to the artwork provided by the customer.
Applications: It can be paired with outerwear and casual apparel, garment accessories and bag hardware.
